Reservations are now being accepted for our next great party. While many of the incidentals are not finalized, you can make your accommodation reservations at the Sun Valley Inn.

You MUST mention reservation code AFR when you make your reservations, otherwise you will not get the great rates we have negotiated for all of us.

We have reserved rooms for 4 nights; 30 for Wednesday the 3rd, and 60 rooms for the Thursday, Friday and Saturday nights.

The rooms range from $119 (standard single queen) to $145 (medium double queen).

The goal here, you see, is to get all these rooms booked up so they release more of them to us. So, tell all of the AFRC’ers you know that this is the Reunion to make if they are only going to make one once in a while! The Sun Valley Resort will honor our group rates for the hotel for 2 days prior and 2 days after the actual reunion. That means that we can reserve rooms from March 1 to and including March 7 for the AFRC group rate.

We have also been fortunate enough to have a wonderful lift ticket price quoted to us. With the help of Stu Brown and Mike Lloyd, Sun Valley had agreed to sell us single day tickets for the rate of $45. Their single day rate is almost $70; with their best multi day rate of $46.66 (6 out of 7 days for $280), you can see that we have a wonderful opportunity to ski one of the great resorts of the world for a very affordable rate.

Steve Lingnau is working on a fine German menu for our dinner. Depending on our participation, the dinner might have to be held on Friday night instead of our more traditional Saturday night.

A long lost AFRC raider will be providing music for our pleasure on whatever night we wind up with. Cliff Bell has agreed to bring his DJ stuff and music with him to attend his 1st reunion..

As soon as our menu is set and priced out, we will send out reunion reservation forms so you can order shirts and let us know if you are going to be there.
